Our team will aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve the matter within 28 days, with a possible 10-day extension in exceptional cases.
We encourage players to first exhaust our internal complaints process. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the Gaming Board of Anjouan, whose decisions will be final and binding.
By using our services, you agree that the server-side outcome of any game is final and that disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
